And I, brethren, was not able to speak to you as spiritual, but as fleshly, as immature ones in Christ.
I gave you milk to drink, not food, for you were not yet being able, but you are still not even able now,
for you are yet fleshly. For where there is among you jealousy and strife, are you not fleshly and walk according to man?
For when a certain one might say on the one hand: I am of Paul, but another on the other hand: I am of Apollos, are you not men?
Therefore, who is Apollos, and who is Paul, but servants through whom you believed, and to each as the Lord gave?
I planted, Apollos watered, but God was causing the growth.
So that neither the one planting is anything, nor the one watering, but the One causing the growth, God.
And the one planting and the one watering are one; and each will receive his own reward according to his own labor.
For we are God’s fellow-workers; you are God’s field, God’s building.
According to the grace of God, the one having been given to me as a wise architect, I placed a foundation, and another builds, but let each one see how he builds.
For no one is able to place another foundation alongside the one being laid, which is Jesus Christ.
And since a certain one builds upon the foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, grass, straw;
then each one’s work will come to be manifest, for the day will clarify it, because it will be revealed in fire, and the fire will prove each one’s work, of what sort it is.
Since a certain one’s work which he built will remain, then he will receive a reward.
Since a certain one’s work will be burned down, then he will suffer loss, but he himself will be saved, but so as through fire.
Do you not know that you are a temple of God, and the Spirit of God dwells in you all?
Since a certain one corrupts the temple of God, then God will corrupt this one; for the temple of God is holy, which you all are.
Let no one deceive himself. Since a certain one among you supposes to be wise in this age, then let him come to be foolish, in order that he might come to be wise.
For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God, for it has been written: The one seizing the wise ones in their craftiness.
And again: The Lord knows the reasonings of the wise ones, that they are empty.
So that, let no one boast in men, for all things are yours;
whether Paul, or Apollos, or Kephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things coming, all things are yours,
and you are of Christ, and Christ is of God.
