Revelation 4

After these things I saw, and behold, a door opened in the heaven, and the first voice which I heard as a trumpet, speaking with me, saying: Come up here and I will show to you which things must come to be after these things.

Immediately I came to be in spirit, and behold, a throne was lying in the heaven and One sitting upon the throne.

And the One sitting similar in appearance to a jasper stone, and a sardine, and a rainbow around the throne, similar in appearance to an emerald.

And around the throne were twenty-four thrones, and upon the thrones, twenty-four elders sitting, wrapped in white garments, and golden crowns upon their heads.

And out from the throne go out lightnings and sounds and thunders, and seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven spirits of God.

And before the throne as a glassy sea, similar to crystal. And in the midst of the throne and around the throne, four living creatures full of eyes in-front and behind.

And the first living creature similar to a lion, and the second living creature similar to a calf, and the third living creature having the face as of a man, and the fourth living creature similar to a flying eagle.
