1 Furthermore, through fourteen years, I went up again into Jerusalem with Barnabas, having also taken Titus with me;
2 and I went up according to a revelation, and placed-above for myself to them the well-message which I am preaching in the nations, but according to privately to the ones who are supposing, lest somehow I might be running or ran into emptiness.
3 But not even Titus, the one with me, while being a Greek, was compelled to be circumcised;
4 and on account of the lying-brethren entered-alongside, which came-into-alongside to down-watch the freedom which we are having in Christ Jesus, in order that they will enslave us down.
5 To whom we yielded not even toward an hour to the under-arrangement, in order that the truth of the well-message might remain-through toward you all.
6 But away from the ones who are supposing to be a certain thing, what sort of things they once were, is not carrying-through even one thing to me; [the] God is not receiving a face of man, for the ones who are supposing, not even one thing they consulted for themselves to me,
7 but on the contrary, after they saw that I have been entrusted the well-message of the uncircumcision, just as Peter of the circumcision,
8 the One for Who inwardly-worked Peter into an apostleship of the circumcision, also inwardly-worked me into the nations,
9 and when they knew the grace, the one which was given to me, James and Kephas and John, the ones who are supposing to be pillars, gave to me and to Barnabas right hands of fellowship, in order that we go into the nations and they go into the circumcision;
10 only of the poor, in order that we might be remembering, which also I was diligent to do this very thing.
11 But when Kephas came into Antioch, I stood against him according to his face, because he was one who was downwardly-knowing.
12 for before the result of certain ones to come away from James, he was eating together with the nations, but when they came, he was withdrawing and was separating himself, while fearing the ones out from circumcision.
13 and [also] the remaining Jews, hypocrites-together with him, so that even Barnabas was led away-together by their particular hypocrisy.
14 But when I saw that they are not walking-straight toward the truth of the well-message, I said to the Kephas in front of them all, since you a Jew, while being as a Gentile, and is not living as a Jew, how are you compelling the nations to be living as Jews?
15 We ourselves, Jews by nature and not sinners out from nations;
16 [and] ones who have known and continue knowing that, a man is not being justified out from works of law, if not through a trust of Jesus Christ, even we trusted into Christ Jesus, in order that we might be justified out from a trust of Christ and not out from works of law, because all flesh will not be justified out from works of law.
17 But since, while we are seeking to be justified in Christ, we are found also ourselves sinners, then is Christ a servant of sin? May not it come to be.
18 For since I build-up again these things which I loosed-down, then I am placing myself together-with a transgressor.
19 For I through law died to law, in order that I might live to God. I have been and remain crucified-together with Christ;
20 and I am no longer living, but Christ is living in me; and that which I am now living in flesh, I am living in the trust of the Son of the God, the One Who loved me and Who gave Himself on behalf of me.
21 I do not set aside the grace of the God; for if a state-of-justification comes through law, then Christ freely died.

4 διὰ (on account of) δὲ (and) τοὺς (the) παρεισάκτους (entered-alongside) ψευδαδέλφους, (lying-brethren) οἵτινες (which) παρεισῆλθον (came-into-alongside) κατασκοπῆσαι (to down-watch) τὴν (the) ἐλευθερίαν (freedom) ἡμῶν (we) ἣν (which) ἔχομεν (are having) ἐν (in) Χριστῷ (Christ) Ἰησοῦ, (Jesus) ἵνα (in order that) ἡμᾶς (us) καταδουλώσουσιν, (they will enslave-down)

11 Ὅτε (when) δὲ (But) ἦλθεν (came) Κηφᾶς (Kephas) εἰς (into) Ἀντιόχειαν, (Antioch) κατὰ (according to) πρόσωπον (face) αὐτῷ (his) ἀντέστην, (I stood against him) ὅτι (because) κατεγνωσμένος (one who was downwardly-knowing) ἦν. (he was)
12 πρὸ (before) τοῦ (the result of) γὰρ (for) ἐλθεῖν (to come) τινας (certain ones) ἀπὸ (away from) Ἰακώβου (James) μετὰ (with) τῶν (the) ἐθνῶν (nations) συνήσθιεν· (together he was eating) ὅτε (when) δὲ (but) ἦλθον, (they came) ὑπέστελλεν (he was withdrawing) καὶ (and) ἀφώριζεν (was separating) ἑαυτὸν (himself) φοβούμενος (while fearing) τοὺς (the ones) ἐκ (out from) περιτομῆς. 13 καὶ (and) συνυπεκρίθησαν (hypocrites-together) αὐτῷ (with him) [[καὶ (also)]] οἱ (the) λοιποὶ (remaining) Ἰουδαῖοι, (Jews) ὥστε (so that) καὶ (even) Βαρναβᾶς (Barnabas) συναπήχθη (was led away-together) αὐτῶν (their) τῇ (by particular) ὑποκρίσει. (hypocrisy.)
14 ἀλλ᾽ (But) ὅτε (when) εἶδον (I saw) ὅτι (that) οὐκ (not) ὀρθοποδοῦσιν (they are walking-straight) πρὸς (toward) τὴν (the) ἀλήθειαν (truth) τοῦ (of the) εὐαγγελίου, (well-message) εἶπον (I said) τῷ (to the) Κηφᾷ (Kephas) ἔμπροσθεν (in front of) πάντων· (them all) εἰ (since) σὺ (you) Ἰουδαῖος (a Jew) ὑπάρχων (while being) ἐθνικῶς (as a Gentile) καὶ (and) οὐχὶ (not) Ἰουδαϊκῶς (as a Jew) ζῇς, (is living) πῶς (how) τὰ (the) ἔθνη (nations) ἀναγκάζεις (are you compelling) ἰουδαΐζειν; (to be living as Jews?)
15 Ἡμεῖς (We ourselves) φύσει (by nature) Ἰουδαῖοι (Jews) καὶ (and) οὐκ (not) ἐξ (out from) ἐθνῶν (nations;) ἁμαρτωλοί· (sinners)
16 εἰδότες (ones who have known and continue knowing) [[δὲ (and)]] ὅτι (that) οὐ (not) δικαιοῦται (is being justified) ἄνθρωπος (a man) ἐξ (out from) ἔργων (works) νόμου (of law) ἐὰν (if) μὴ (not) διὰ (through) πίστεως (a trust) Ἰησοῦ (of Jesus) Χριστοῦ, (Christ) καὶ (even) ἡμεῖς (we) εἰς (into) Χριστὸν (Christ) Ἰησοῦν (Jesus) ἐπιστεύσαμεν, (trusted) ἵνα (in order that) δικαιωθῶμεν (we might be justified) ἐκ (out from) πίστεως (a trust) Χριστοῦ (of Christ) καὶ (and) οὐκ (not) ἐξ (out from) ἔργων (works) νόμου, (of law) ὅτι (because) ἐξ (out from) ἔργων (works) νόμου (of law) οὐ (not) δικαιωθήσεται (will be justified.) πᾶσα (all) σάρξ. 17 εἰ (since) δὲ (But) ζητοῦντες (while we are seeking) δικαιωθῆναι (to be justified) ἐν (in) Χριστῷ (Christ) εὑρέθημεν (we are found) καὶ (also) αὐτοὶ (ourselves) ἁμαρτωλοί, (sinners) ἆρα (then is) Χριστὸς (Christ) ἁμαρτίας (of sin?) διάκονος; (a servant) μὴ (not) γένοιτο. (May it come to be.)
18 εἰ (since) γὰρ (For) ἃ (which) κατέλυσα (I loosed-down) ταῦτα (these things) πάλιν (again) οἰκοδομῶ, (I build-up) παραβάτην (a transgressor.) ἐμαυτὸν (myself) συνιστάνω. (then I am placing-together-with)
19 ἐγὼ (I) γὰρ (For) διὰ (through) νόμου (law) νόμῳ (to law) ἀπέθανον, (died) ἵνα (in order that) θεῷ (to God.) ζήσω. (I might live) Χριστῷ (with Christ;) συνεσταύρωμαι· (I have been and remain crucified-together)
20 ζῶ (am living) δὲ (and) οὐκέτι (no longer) ἐγώ, (I) ζῇ (is living) δὲ (but) ἐν (in) ἐμοὶ (me;) Χριστός· (Christ) ὃ (that which) δὲ (and) νῦν (now) ζῶ (I am living) ἐν (in) σαρκί, (flesh) ἐν (in) πίστει (trust) ζῶ (I am living) τῇ (the) τοῦ (of the) υἱοῦ (Son) τοῦ (of the) θεοῦ (God) τοῦ (the One) ἀγαπήσαντός (Who loved) με (me) καὶ (and) παραδόντος (Who gave) ἑαυτὸν (Himself) ὑπὲρ (on behalf of) ἐμοῦ.
